Blackjack Switch Rules
If you watching someone play Blackjack Switch you may think at first that the player is cheating and doing a really bad job at it too, but you would probably be wrong because while playing Blackjack Switch the player has the option of switching the second card of his two hands with each other to improve his hand. This give the player a big edge over the casino that is why Blackjacks are only paid 1:1 and a dealer's 22 is a push against any active non-blackjack hand. Blackjack Switch
Benefits:
- Dealer checks for Blackjacks before play
- Two hands are played at the same time
- Doubling down after splitting pairs
is allowed
- The player has the option of switching the second

Draw backs:
- Six decks of cards are used
- No re-splitting is allowed
- Players can only receive one card after
splitting Aces
- Dealer hits a soft 17
- No surrender

push

- No Blackjack insurance
- Players can only double down
on 9, 10 and 11

The strategy chart for Blackjack Switch differs greatly from the strategy charts from other blackjack games. One of the reasons is the Blackjack Switch rules state that if the dealer has a 22 hand it is considered a push against all active non-blackjack hands. So the correct Blackjack Switch strategy for hands that are a borderline stand in a regular Blackjack game may be a hit for this fun game.
